Courier & Shipping Process

1. Same-Day Dispatch from Uttara Central Hub

All orders confirmed before 3:00 PM are packaged, barcode-scanned, and handed over to express couriers on the same business day.

2. Integrated Courier Partners

We partner with Steadfast Courier for direct doorstep Cash on Delivery (COD) across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. For larger wholesale cartons (3+ master cartons), we also arrange transport via SA Paribahan, Sundarban, Karatoa, and Janani Courier.

3. Real-Time Tracking

Upon dispatch, buyers receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with their unique tracking number and direct tracking link to follow parcel transit in real-time.
